Gina with Happy Hearts IEP serves as a special education advocate in all 50 states for students between the ages of 3-22.

• Comprehensive educational records review 
• Guidance on how to have your student evaluated for special education services
• Assist with school communications including emails and phone calls
• Make IEP recommendations based on your student's unique circumstances
• Attend parent/teacher conferences with you
• Attend IEP  meetings as your student's advocate (Zoom or other online platform)
• Honest answers to your questions
• Facilitated IEP Meeting Request or Mediation
• Filing with the Office of Civil Rights, if necessary
• Filing of State Complaint
• Guidance through Due Process and assisting with Resolution Meetings

Services begin after an initial payment of a $210 retainer fee.  You will never be charged for a minute more than the work I put in.  Services are billed in 15 minutes increments.  Invoices are issued at the end of the month to be paid the following month.  Monthly payments are also an option.  I accept payments via credit card, Venmo, or Zelle.  If you are interested in a package of services for a flat fee, just ask!

Happy Hearts IEP can definitely conduct a complete and thorough records review for  you! Sometimes, it is just helpful to have another set of eyes look things over.  We are here for that!  You will simply contact me at gina@happyheartsiep.com and let me know you are interested in a Complete Records Review.  This will be done for a one $200 time payment.  I will follow up with my recommendations for you.  Advocacy services can always be added later if desired.

No one can ethically offer a guarantee that school based members will agree with your requests.  However, I will work with you and your student's school to create an IEP / 504 that will help your child make successful gains.  Ensuring, decisions are based on the law and what the data shows.
